Cofe+ Robot Barista, a venture of Shanghai Hi Dolphin Robot Technology Co. LTD, pioneers Al solutions in unattended fresh beverage sales. Since 2017, Their fully automated Café has flourished across Asia and Europe. Now, They are poised to launch in North America by 2024. Our Product & UX Design Team is refining the ordering process to match North American preferences, ensuring an exceptional experience awaits.
This is a Team Project led by Xinyue Guo from Shanghai Yanming Culture and Art Co.
My contribution includes Canadian robotic cafe market research, user research, and the redesign of the user experience for both the online coffee ordering app and the offline ordering pad.

I played a key role in redesigning the user interface of the online ordering application for the North American market, and the screens below highlight my specific contributions.
1.Homepage: Highlight the Pick up location and status.
2. Menu: Changed to a horizontal scrolling category, which is more common in North America.
3. Customization: More precise sugar level control bar.
